We also agree that since COVID, several business practices and policies have been tweaked or created to allow more flexibility to meet employee's needs. From a turnover perspective, Hunter enjoys very low turnover. We make a point to ensure we're hiring the right talent for the right roles, and because of that, our employees tend to stay.
