Pros
Constantly exposed to new technologies to enhance your skillset; dev teams are very forward-thinking. Great pay/benefits. Hunter has handled COVID very well, quickly establishing a WFH policy which up until then hadn't existed. Very concerned with keeping the workplace safe to come back to.
Cons
Hard to see any visible path to climbing the career ladder here, in terms of moving towards more managerial-type positions. If your position changes here, it's most likely a vertical change, towards a certain specialty. Not a lot of social engagement events organized for people to get to know each other better. Some people may like this; others may not.
