Complicated and Confusing

Compensation is reasonable. Little to no OT required

Cons

They can and will fire you without a write up or reprimand. Management structure is confusing and complicated. Management is bad at clearly expressing duties and providing clear expectations of filler work. Bonus/commission rate is a bit low. Expectations vary based on what shift you're on.
