Pros

Great branch to work at, good comradery and great service manager. Get support from admin personnel. Only left because of relocation.

Cons

Corp doesn't have a clue on shop issues.

Pros

Great product to work on, decent technical support from the various vendors; ie: Eaton, Paccar, Cummins, etc. Hunter has their own in-house training facility in Butler, PA. Decent compensation for travel and food when going to training. Highest shift differential I've seen. For the most part everyone on the floor gets along and treats each other like family.

Cons

Poor management, severe lack of communication from management and between departments: sales, service, parts. Benefits are mediocre for a company this big. Low pay, constantly got excuses as to why raises weren't being given. When questioning managers was laughed at and called easily replaceable.
