      Pros

      The PTO was fair. Teamwork was evident when Management does not interfere.

      Cons

      Management was weak. Management does not follow their own rules. Older workers get shut out on job opportunities. Management has limited people skills. Management interaction with staff is poor. Working conditions at Cleveland Ave building is bad Very stressful. Quality program too subjective. Management threatening write ups constantly. If there are management who claim they are best friends break them up as they cannot be effective leaders.
