morale has plummeted and the long-term employees are more and more dissatisfied. many left to other hospitals. they are understaffed and new grads makeup the majority of the nursing staff- this is a big reason why the quality of care has decreased. major layoffs continue to happen since merging. they have investigated every hourly employees' time cards and if something didn't seem right you were terminated immediately. they track how you clock in, where you clock in, the time you badged into the parking lot, the time you badged in the door, etc.
