Most staff genuinely care about working together to help people.

Cons

In 5 years I had seen 3 different managers, 3 different assistant directors and 2 different general directors. Human resources actively does it's best to harass you. They also make any accommodations due to injuries or illness as inconvenient and uncomfortable as possible. They will often give unreasonable deadlines for doctors notes. How are you supposed to get a doctor's note to them within a week if the earliest appointment available is a month later?
