      Pros

      lots of resourced, resource nurses in the ER, lots of education opportunities and the entire ER staff is aloud to be in traumas. Only reason I left was to travel nurse and make more $$

      high expectations of "customer service' if a pt complains about you, you will get a call from the director ASAP.
