      There are still some really nice people who care and want to do good.

      Cons

      The CEO. She might be good at business, but she is not a people person. Since she came to Huntington, the culture has gone down. People are afraid to say what they think. She is impolite and plays favorites.

      Friendly coworkers and unit manager, self scheduling, easy commute, free employee parking, beautiful and clean facility, large cafeteria with Starbucks, nice gift shop.

      Cons

      No yearly bonuses, average pay, no weekend differential, short staffed on almost every shift, lack of resources, very low yearly pay raise, non union.
