Beautiful hospital with newely designed structures

Cons

Management only cares about budgeting and this causes nurses to be continually flexed home to the point where all PTO is used and none left for vacation, pay could be better,

Pros

Flexible hours, manager was amazing and willing to work with my schedule, I could pick up as little or as much hours as I wanted. Staff was great and very helpful. A lot of teamwork and extra staff are assigned as resource nurses.

Cons

Some of the surgeons (but most were good), pay could have been better for per diem but I had no pacu experience (only icu)
