Great NewGrad program, very extensive, not rushed into independent practice.

Cons

May depend on management. Lots of RNs attribute negative changes to the merge with Cedars. Specifically, my floor became too high stress and high acuity with less and less staffing. Patient falls began occurring more and they couldn't figure out why. Mostly it felt like my floor didn't prioritize nursing satisfaction, retention, or happines. They just focused on the numbers. I cannot speak for all units at Huntington.
