      Pros

      Magnet status meaning more support for the staff such as back to school reimbursement.

      Cons

      Favoritism and politics of the unit was suffocating. No potential to break in to the "click" if you are a minority. Manager asked me to resign since her nurses "you rubbed my nurses off wrong, they don't like you" How unprofessional is that?!!
