      Coworkers nice for the most part Good Location Pay Moderate good leave policy

      Cons

      Management not in touch with what staff really want or need to do their job HR and managers not actively working to hire the most qualified people and they do not assist out those who aren't doing their jobs IT does not know how to make the EMR user friendly

      Friendly staff and employees, plenty of parking, great cafeteria, one of the nicest hospitals in the area, great reputation

      Cons

      May get boring at times, some of the hospital is older and not very nice, takes time to get used to the layout of the hospital
