The benefits were probably the only pro. Being part of a team would've been another but I didn't really feel integrated.

Cons

Lack of proper support or training tailored to my role, failure to take responsibility for faults, difficulty understanding my previous experience(s), failure to review work in a timely manner, and having to use PTO for national holidays as a non-clinical employee.
