      In my role I was able to shape the process safety management system for the company. I was a major contributor and interpreter of the companies process safety management procedures and practices.

      Cons

      The technical aspects of process safety were not as well understood or appreciated by the business leaders of the divisions as they should be.

      Pros

      It has all the advantages of big companies. Very good benefits and way above average salary. They trust you with big responsibilities and allow you to grow and ascend.

      Cons

      Their objectives change constantly and extremely. The company is governed by politics, what in some cases creates and unhealthy work environment. It seems to be a company where the job is secured, but it is not always the case, politics may stab you in the back.
