Good for your CV. Good pay and good friends. Worked there for 2years. Was able to gain a lot of experience.

Cons

Full of politics. There was no career progression and that was discouraging to do more. Target was hard to achieve.

Pros

The company itself is generally great, they look after their employees, lovely working facilities and company trips etc.

Cons

Awful management, particularly in resourcing and QA. One of the Directors is really 'clicky' with certain people and promotions are only offered to whom they are 'friends' with. One of the managers openly bullies one of the Senior team members in the team and openly speaks negatively about other team members sometimes in ear shot of other colleagues! Another manager spends almost all of her time on shopping websites! Laughable really!
