Pros

The people are all brilliant to work with, professional, dedicated and great fun. Huntswood is a company with a flat structure, anyone can walk into the CEO's office and offer an idea, ask for some help or just say Hi. A company that promotes from within and encourages people to develop their skills and experience both in the office and through charity work in the local community.

Truly say there is no downside to working at Huntswood

Pros

Working with great people who care about what they do. The opportunity to grow if you show you have the passion, ability and motivation. An ethical business that puts its clients and customers first - believing its about long term relationships not short term deals.

Cons

Its a place for self starters - people who need lots of structure and process will find it difficult. Owner managed business isn't to everyone's liking.

Good pay and talent, but poor training support

Pay is good, some talented people there. IT is good as well.

Cons

Probably one of the more unsympathetic/ heartless companies I've worked for when it came to training. There's was little to none and I was expecting to know everything and it was my problem if I did not, like I was expected to fall. This, despite the fact that I was not given the right resources from the clients to do the work in the first place. This was such a regular occurrence with the clients that you expect it after the third time of it happening so have to inform people I CAN'T DO THE WORK YET!
