Pros

Huntswood is a great place to grow in the working space. Management is great. The pay is good too and hardly have any pay queries. Every employee has their role fully recognised and appreciate when done accordingly. It’s a great space that takes great interest in the metal health of employees as well

Cons

Although there are close to none, I think the only issue was the rotational shifts during peak periods of the year as you would sometimes get a shift finishing as late as 10:15pm SA time, but it’s adjustable just like any other job.

.Pay if you even get it .Other staff members who are too good for this place .The fact that I am about to leave

Cons

Horrible decisions by senior management Pretend to care for staff but not very good at it. It’s clear they wouldn’t care if you d*ed No opportunity for progression. If you want to climb up the ladder you better look elsewhere
