Pros

Good financial incentive, Some good staff, Good office location, Good medical benefits.

Cons

Working here feels like being squeezed dry — you give everything, and somehow they still expect more. The so-called “support network” is about as sturdy as a wobbly bridge held together with duct tape. Unless you’re one of the office favorites, progression is basically off the table. If you require additional supportive equipment following a DS assessment, don’t expect much action — requests tend to vanish into thin air. The environment is draining, morale is low, and internal issues are best left unspoken — raising them only paints a target on your back. Even time off is mishandled: bereavement, medical leave, or emergencies aren’t treated with compassion, and you can’t even use your own holidays for it. To top it off, the Glasgow office doesn’t exactly live up to Huntswood’s “Core Values.”
