Day rate- when you get it

Cons

You can work 60 hours plus and not get paid. Huntswood make changes to the detriment of their contractors, feedback sessions are totally ignored. This is not a happy place to work. You put up with the changes or you leave. Operations have little respect for their team leaders, taking badly to them in front of staff. Contractors are told they are not allowed to leave the building unless the team target is hit. If you like getting spoken down to and treated like you are easily disposable then this is the place. No amount of money is worth that.

Fantastic office and really friendly employees, everyone is happy to be at work! Great progression opportunities and the company has a great work-life balance.
