      Pros

      Cookie cutter consulting firm where mediocrity rises. Great place to work if you like to coast and not try too hard

      Cons

      Leadership needs to be blown up at all levels. Nothing ever changes- they spend time each year having a pep rally conference for managers and above and nothing is done to change/improve the company

      a majority of the people, flexibility of living location, and *some* possibility of getting access to high impact work

      Cons

      poor office/local culture in Chicago (particularly for healthcare), poor project leadership, poor career growth, poor compensation for the industry, and ineffectual course changes

      Pros

      Good healthcare group and BA group. Fun internal parties. Industry average 401k but unlimited pto. They also have a small Travel bonus.

      Cons

      Upper management is really bad for ESA. They are doing so bad they have limited bonuses too. They will never be a Deloitte or EY.
