Consulting methodology is vertical versus horizontal

Perhaps this is unique to the group I worked with, but the concept of leadership is completely foreign to that unit. They also have no understanding of opportunity, and have locked themselves to an ancient form of Business Intelligence, and they refused all forms of help. Practice Leadership never connect people to opportunities, and offer no support whatsoever. You are practically on your own, expected to do it all. Or perhaps the support only goes to a select group.
