      Pros

      Values driven environment that respects employee differences and encourages growth and mentoring. Huron is interested in keeping employees happy.

      Cons

      Culture that cannot seem to let go of the past for nostalgic reasons despite continued growth. There are a handful of leaders that have come into position based on time spend with company instead of the talent being offered.

      Pros

      Benefits are good (401k match is excellent), work-life balance is decent and managers have an open door policy.

      Cons

      work hours can be extreme for field personnel; travel is nearly 100% of the time. The clients are very demanding and consultants are always dealing with dissatisfied clients.
