Pros

Weekly Remote Training, Benefits for 401k Match, Can live anywhere in the US, Pleasant Hiring Experience.

Cons

Overdemaing Managers, No Worklife Balance, As a former Deloitte (6 years)- I personally didn't last more than 4 moths here. If you have a family, it would be difficult to make it here.

Smart People, Difficulty integrating experienced hires

Pros

People are smart, young and capable. Leadership is finding the right areas to expand to continue to grow. Great emphasis on training. Lots of opps to travel.

Cons

Growing pains of pushing out of typical methodology, some outdated tools. Promotion process can be pretty complex and you have to have the right people in your court.
