good PTO, wellness reimbursement, stock purchase program

Cons

the corporate team is second best to the consultants and it is very obvious. Corporate has to jump whenever a consultant has an issue, even at late hours.

Pros

Gives lot of opportunity to new hires to own work as long as you show initiative and the ability to get things done. Mostly nice, reasonable people to work with.

Cons

Experiencing a lot of growth and acquisitions, and different teams/departments are starting to step on each other. Still operates very silo-ed between different consulting solutions. Tries to focus on too many internal initiatives at once, which means that it takes a long time for things to improve and adapt to new market needs.
