Pros

- Friendly and smart Coworkers - Some work/life balance (depends on project) - You learn a lot

Cons

- Still churn and burn like most consulting firms - Walls to advancement (Mgr. to director promotions are a long trek) - Rude personalities at the Director+ level - Time tracking is a pain - Leadership is cold - saw very skilled coworkers get unnecessarily laid off during the pandemic while bonuses continued to be collected - Company seems to be trending in the wrong direction

Pros

Generally decent salary offering. That is about it unless you want to focus on all of the social justice causes out there on a daily basis.

Cons

- Zero integrity. Zero. I have witnessed managing directors straight up lie to and hide critical info from high end clients on a regular basis. - I have been told to do the same, compromising my own integrity, by the same people under veiled threat of losing my own job. - One MD even blatantly broke HIPAA laws and divulged an employee's personal medical condition to more than a dozen peers that I personally witnessed. - The same MD is famous for sacrificing good employees to save face with clients. Blame for their own failings is commonly passed on to sacrificial analysts, associates, and managers. - The bulk of the bonus pool (which is a secret moving target) is given to the favorite few, while, year after year, other solid performers are left wondering what the hell happened to the promises. Challenges to this are always met with more glib sales speak. - Reports to HR of the above behavior goes largely unheeded. Said MD is allowed to continue with impunity.
