      Pros

      Great benefits, great vacation, good pay, coworkers were super fun. Expense accounts are a plus, and the ability for some employees to live anywhere that is near an airport.

      Cons

      Workaholics, nature of the work, constant travel, micromanagement by certain supervisors, no clear chain of command due to the project nature of the work.

      A great culture to work within; a large & global reputation with a boutique feel and personalized touch; a place where your ideas and suggestions really do get heard; leadership is passionate about doing what is right for the employee as well as the company

      Cons

      There aren't many as I am in a corporate role and do not travel; I tend to be loud and our floors are sometimes too quiet!
