      Pros

      Only one good thing - they paid a good bonus at year-end which was keeping their word for me.

      Cons

      People skills need an upgrade for those in senior managing role. Some of the worst leaders that I have encountered in my long career.

      Huron = Great Place to Work; Independent Work w/ Support From Leadership

      Pros

      Company is entrepreneurial in that you can lead your own business and see results in your specific area, however it provides you leadership and support as requested. Not all great--some members of leadership are weak, however it has been a fantastic experience to work here.

      Some weak members on leadership team.

      Great people; company going through some growing pains

      Pros

      - strong focus on professional development, lots of feedback - strong new hire training program and on the job training for healthcare employees (have heard this is lacking for new hires in other areas of the company however) - intelligent, friendly consultants, great culture on stockamp field teams

      Cons

      - compensation is not matching the market, salaries are not competitive (although HR has said otherwise) - company culture hot topic of late, corporate identity crisis?
