Fast growing company. Lots of opportunities for advancement for high performers. High tech products on cool applications...excavators, backhoes, automotive engines/transmissions... Global business with opportunities to travel and live at locations in Europe, Asia and South America.

Cons

Not a culture for everyone. Tough to succeed here without a lot of energy and competence.

Great options to gain international experience.

Cons

Opportunities for advancement can be limited due to few layers of management and low turnover rate. People often become subject matter experts and consequently become stuck in their position without many options to move latterally or grow.
