Engineering centric company and as a result can often be a challenge to find adequate support/resources in other departments

Ability to create and develop customized, new innovative products as opposed to selling standard off the shelf. Flexible work schedule and other employees are great

Thank you for your feedback. We do work very hard to ensure our teams are not understaffed, but due to growth and other factors, sometimes we do get a bit behind in filling open roles. We will continue to focus on growing the company, both internally and externally. Don't forget about our referral program - some of the best people come from referrals.
