Pros

As a coop at Husky in Rocky Mountain House, you will find your self running through MOCs all the time, but each with there own unique challenges and learnings. Great way to work in teams, learn LOTS, challenge your self, meet exceptional individuals, and feel like you have complished some thing major once your project becomes a reality.

Cons

Some times the MOC's can get repetitive, and seem like a lot of paper pushing. Some MOC seem absolutely meaningless, such that the MOC process is more trouble than any good in completing quick projects.

Pros

Community feel, personable leadership, professional accountability & good growth opportunities from within. Sometimes a lack of work/life balance, but overall a good company to work for.

Cons

Lack of consistent business process from the ground up; inconsistent from business unit to business unit.
