Pros

Great team mates, smooth work environment, Safety always comes first before anything else, productivity levels were one of the highest in the whole industry in canada

Cons

The location was not the best, super cold, sometimes the managers were not that approachable so that I can go ask them about my career development and ask for some advice,

Pros

Amazing team work, open door policy with management. Good work/family mix. Great benefits, and goal driven business units. Good communication.

Cons

not having office experience, and coming to the office with no experience (except field work laborer), mentorship I found to be difficult.
