Pros

Decent salary, good benefits, excellent time off for vacation and personal flex days. Depending on role, some tele-work may be possible. If the team lead is good, the job can be terrific. If the team lead isn't, it won't be satisfying.

Cons

Heavy workloads for small teams. Ridiculous annual goal setting process that affects bonus payout.

Pros

Good people for the most part to work with, and lots of work to do.

Cons

Lots of politics and departments competing for solutions. IT not service oriented enough, so IT very distributed into the business.
