Pros

I enjoyed the people that I worked with throughout the company and will miss them. There is lots of opportunity for moving within the company. The company offers good benefits.

Cons

There are pockets of the company where there is dysfunction.

Pros

Good mid-sized oil and gas firm with opportunities for junior staff.

Cons

Could have been more supportive of training, promotions and employee growth for more experienced staff in addition to employee recognition (non-monetary).

Pros

Its a big company and that's about it.

Cons

The politic is way too much, people have no boundaries, gossip is too much, IS department sucks, people are figure heads. And there is preferential treatments when it comes to race. Some use number of working years at Husky to bully people who are just few years or just started. Creativity is not encourages, people work like robots And treated as such. I experienced a gang up against me by co workers in the same group. Micro management is the other of the day. overall suck
