      Pros

      Full-time job with decent benefits. Reasonable commute despite being in the west side of downtown. Close to C-Train. Some good people on my team who are willing to provide history.

      Cons

      Should have paid more attention to reviews on this website before taking the job. A lot of things I read on here about IS have already proven to be true.

      Pros

      Senior Company Executive thoughtful of the impact that the economy has on its dedicated staff Cutbacks where cutbacks make sense

      Cons

      CTO needs more backbone and to think for himself. He is smart but his minions think they are smarter. Losing good contractors who are fed up with the poor leadership and of being used as whipping boys. Too many leaders and not enough workers.

      Pros

      I work with amazing people who genuinely care about each other and the company. Lots of strategic, innovative thinkers that want to make Husky a success. Good work life balance. Decent base compensation.

      Cons

      C-suite is completely disconnected from what is going on. Keep blaming all the company’s problems on a lack of safety when it’s really a lack of leadership and accountability. Bureaucratic nightmare - they just keep stripping away at the front line and adding to corporate groups. Impossible to get anything done. Used to be a great company to work for.
