Good, average big company to work for

Pros

Lot's of technical projects to work on, lot's of different things to see and do as a production engineer. You get very involved in all aspects of an asset, not just strictly production.

Cons

Average compensation, it is easy to pigeon-hole yourself in a position. They don't really look out for you when it comes to career development + education

Pros

good compensation and benefit, training available

Cons

disorganized place, unproductive, unprofessional lazy incompetent old employees, lots of politics and backstabbing, poor communication, bureaucratic toxic environment, can`t keep the talented can`t wipe out the bad employees, entirely depend on who you know not what you do.
