Pros

Recent leadership change means the company is investing in projects and people. Everyone has had more training this year than in the past 10. Husky's best days are ahead of it.

Cons

The company is probably overreaching. There is a lot of turnover and in some areas unhappiness. Change is challenging. There is a disconnect from many managers to the people doing the work. There are not enough people to execute.

Pros

Husky is an integrated oil and gas company that has opportunities to work in different businesses. Senior management is relatively new and there have been many changes that create opportunities for growth.

Cons

With the changes have come a lot of turnover and some change exhaustion. Husky's systems are not very streamlined. This can make day to day tasks inefficient and manual.
