Cons

Often times in projects of all scales I found that scoping and planning wasn't done effectively. All project types including restructuring the corporation lacked transparency, reason and an action plan to move forward after the changes were made. Budgets were tweaked several times in one year instead of having one budget and reporting actual against it the budget was continuously changes, creating unease and uncertainty.

Series of serious mishaps over several years: Lima explosion, pipeline spill in SK, Superior refinery fire, Searose fiasco Limited talent pipeline for senior levels. "A little less talk, a little more action"
