Pros

You are independent and they pay very well to make up for weaknesses. Ability to work from home encourages work/life balance. The people - not management - try to do their best given the circumstanses.

Cons

Incompetent Management. The "Hong Kong" way of doing things. The politics are intense. The IT department is a real mess - don't look for innovation from this department or good help. It has been stripped bare of talent and does not have nearly enough people to support the organization. It is a business disaster waiting to happen! It is a very old company. Not enough young people to show a bright future.

Pros

Extremely laid back environment. Median Salary as compared to the industry. Good work-life balance.

Cons

Really bad leadership all the way from board to senior manager level. Stuck-up. The so-called inclusion and diversity is only a slogan. Old WHITE boy club still prevalent. So far from Industry practices in engineering and other fields. Development and G.G in a tug of war. NO one knows what is the plan.
