Pros

Lots of freedom to work and to take decisions. However, there was lots of nepotism, and lack of growth opportunities. Very good collogues .

Cons

Good salary and benefits. However, there was lots of nepotism, often the recruiters are there to sign on hiring managers' buddies rather than merit. There is a clear lack of growth opportunities for minorities regardless of the contributions..
