Pros

good work life balance great place if you are looking for mildly challenging work gives you plenty of responsibility early

Cons

there is no training system available, even get rejected for courses in your line of work no accountability, people make the same mistakes over and over and nothing is done about it compensation is on the low end of the industry

good compensation and benefit, training available

Cons

disorganized place, unproductive, unprofessional lazy incompetent old employees, lots of politics and backstabbing, poor communication, bureaucratic toxic environment, can`t keep the talented can`t wipe out the bad employees, entirely depend on who you know not what you do.
