Pros

We consider Husmann as our extended family and we cherish each and every moment with the team here. Many of our members completed 13 years of service, mainly because of the Hussmann Values and work environment. Great place to work !! 1) Hussmann values and behaviors 2) Location 3) Opportunity to learn new things and skill development 4) No politics 5) Working on Hussmann products and access to all manufacturing locations 6) Opportunity for J1 and L1 Travel for right candidates.

Cons

As any growing organization, Hussmann also facing few challenges. One is the 4-wheeler parking limits which the management team is trying to resolve.
