It is been 6 years working at Hussmann India team and I've had a positive experience working here. Company offers a collaborative work culture, approachable leadership and meaningful opportunities to grow. My manager genuinely care about my development and is open to feedback. Work-life balance is respected, and there’s a healthy level of transparency across and within team. Additionally, initiatives around learning, recognition, and team bonding are well thought out and regularly practiced.

Cons

No major concerns so far. Like any growing company, there are areas for improvement, but leadership seems receptive to suggestions and is actively working on them.
