Upper management at CRD & CIG are the worst I ever seen in my whole professional career, They don’t care about employees, production needs comes first. Abusive and threatening behavior from managers towards employees. Disrespectful courage, and the worst “back stabbing” culture from managers I had ever seen. There is always something going on behind doors. Very stressful place to work. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Hussmann has slowly ruined this branch since they bought Taylor ind out. I worked as a sheet metal Forman for them for nearly 10 years. When I started, they did every hy-vee grocery store. There was at least 5 2-man crews in the field busy year round and a hand full of guys in the shop. It took nearly 16 years, but they have managed to lose nearly all of the hy-vee work and are down to 3 sheet metal workers...for now. Fortunately for me, I saw the writing on the wall and quit over 2 years ago. I went to their competitor and have never looked back. Also, if you get injured here, expect to have to sue them and get the best lawyer you can find, hussmann will drag it out for years. Finally, id give 0 stars if that were an option.
