A lot of overtime opportunity, lack of management.

Plenty of opportunities for overtime. Offer benefits for union and non union positions.

Cons

Lack of effective communication and processes. Managements sole mission is to ship cases on time yet do very little to change processes to help achieve their goals. Lack of integration between office and production floor employees.

Management makes promises they do not intend to keep. Motto is "be happy you have job" Give employees too much work because they don't want to hire more.

I wish I could say "the money" but the pay was crap.

Cons

Toxic management that uses the "blame game" to punish people for mistakes others make, a lack of open positions keeps employees stuck in a job for years when they want to move up, and relatively low pay means you'll never get out of the life you're currently living. Oh, but the CEO and upper management make millions a year. Sure. Good job, people.
