Pros

The best part of working at Husson is the students. They are exceptional people who are career driven and strive to become professionals who are work ready right when they graduate.

Cons

There is little to no growth once you enter the management level since Husson is a small school with limited positions. Once someone fills a higher role in the institution, they generally stay for a long time limiting your career growth.

Convenient as student employment opportunity, small pool of employees, you get to know many people in many fields.

Cons

Student employment - low pay with $0.25 raise yearly, some departments & individuals are resistant to cooperation or change

good people that I worked with in mainance and would get service paper each day for jobs that were a now project

Cons

noe enough work because the people would donate monery and it was not enoughtmanery to do all the job and you would be told to stop
