Hustle has a very diverse workforce which is the result of a coordinated effort to recruit such a workforce.
Cons
Leadership: Senior leadership in this company is lacking strategy and direction. This failure has led to wasted money, an unbalanced workforce, and several rounds of layoffs and firings of employees. Without a major change in direction and leadership, I don't see the company being successful long term. Product: The product is awkward, clunky to use, and hard to learn. There's a total lack of urgency to fix these product problems. Culture: Despite the diverse work force, the culture here really needs some work. The culture is overly political and actively disempowers lower level employees. Work/Life Balance This seemed to vary team-by-team. Some teams appeared to be working very little, leaving at 4 or 5 PM, while other teams were overworked.
