      Manager who provides flexibility, provides ways to reach goals, and takes your thoughts and ideas into consideration. Decent time off policies and benefits.

      Cons

      Store is open on weekends due to customer-base so employees will have some guaranteed OT if they do not flex their schedule throughout the week.
