Pros
The benefits package is actually really good if you take the PPO medical. They cover just about everything you could need/want.
Cons
I have been working for the company for a little over a year now. When I started, there were about 10 people here. Then middle and upper management stepped in and started changing things around. I am now the ONLY front end employee left in the building and we have one tech left. I have been running everything, alone, by myself 99% of the time since june. I have had to take on multiple roles and duties to make sure that everything stays afloat and the location is not shuttered. I have asked for a raise several times and nothing happens. I am doing the job of 5 people.
