      Pros

      The customers that Hutson inc saw as profitable got great service.

      Cons

      Worked at Hutson after they took over Bader and Sons and it was the worst experience of my working career. The It department could never keep the systems up and running, HR would never visit, communication from up high was absolutely terrible and they do not care about the employees only the numbers. Hutson Inc is trying to take over the Michigan market for John Deere and they do not know how to manage a company as large as they are becoming.

      Pros

      Really good place to gain some experience and get your foot in the door. Pretty laid back and easygoing for the most part. My position was very low stress.

      Cons

      A recruiter openly gasped at how little I was making after several years experience in the industry. Very cliquey environment. I felt I would never move up because I wasn’t in the right “cliques” or really any cliques at all.
